I got my nieces adorable little custom capes and id like to get them a super hero book each to go with the capes. The only one I can find is the Ladybug Girl series. Nieces are 2 and 4. Are these any good? Anyone have another recommendation?

DD2 loves this series! We started getting them from the library when she was around 3.5 - 4 years old. Not sure if she would have had the attention span to listen to a whole book at 2, although I think there are board books as well as the picture books, so that might be an option?

Fun gift idea to pair with superhero capes!

Sarah :)

We love those books. Ladybug girl doesn't wear a cape though :) I bet the girls will love them

They're wonderful, and age-appropriate.
One of the sequels, Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad, includes a girl in a cape. But I honestly don't think it's necessary to be so literal.

Awesome! I'm getting them. It's hard to find girl super heroes!
