Sewing kit for an 11 year old.

Where can I get a sewing kit for an 11 year old. I see they have American girl kits. Where is the best place to buy them? Any other ideas. Thanks

They sell them at Michaels. I think you can still use coupons on them. I know they go on sale.

An 11 year old can use real supplies. Unfortunately many "kid" sewing kits have sub par materials in them.

I'd go to a place like Joann, get a sewing basket or bin and fill it with high quality supplies like scissors, pins, needles, thread, etc.
