I'll be watching this thread. I did great until I weaned Peanut and no longer needed to take pre-natals. For some reason I never got back to taking one.
I aim for a multi, plus maybe calcium. I supplement with Vit C if I'm feeling sickish or DH or the kids are and I want to try to ward it off. I know I should take an iron supplement but don't care for the side effects.

I used to be so good with prenatals...never missed....and then I stopped and never started again.
The only thing I take now (when I remember) is Vit. D3 because I am horribly deficient (like single digits).

I'm still bfing so I take a prenatal (Rainbow Light) , vitamin d (tested deficient, use Costco brand ) and fish oil (also Costco) . I'm also starting to take Nature's Way elderberry when the kids are sick. But this is kinda cobbled together and I don't know if it's all really necessary beyond the D.

I take a multi vitamin (Centrum or a generic equivalent) once a day and a calcuim supplement (CVS chocolate chew) twice a day. If all vitamins tasted like a Tootsie roll like the calcium supplement does, I'd take every vitamin I could get my hands on!

I take the TJ's women's chewable multivitamin. I have trouble swallowing vitamins--there's always this lingering taste/odor that makes me want to gag. I love the TJ chewable, though!

Multivitamin - Women's once-daily from Trader Joe's.
I also take gelcaps of evening primrose oil around my period to help ease cramps; I get them from TJ's as well, but I don't remember the dosage.

I take Vitamin D, Fish Oil and a probiotic daily. If I am feeling like I am getting sick or one of my kids comes down with something I take elderberry syrup and vitamin C. I should be taking calcium and B vitamins too.

i take fermented cod liver oil from Green Pastures (it is BEYOND disgusting but the benefits of it are incredible), E3live, natural calm (sometimes) and a multivitamin by Pure Essence Labs called One N Only (found it after extensive research).
I also make green juice which i consider my best vitamin ;)

Multi:
Rainbow Light Iron Free Multi (I took this when I was pregnant all 2/1/2 times and my doctor was fine with it due to my constipation issues as iron is very constipating for some)
Extra:
Nature's Bounty Vitamin B-12, 1500 (when I am feeling really sluggish)
Nature Valley Magnesium 400 x 2 (daily, to help prevent constipation)
Carlson's Vitamin D3 2000 x 3 (or 4 when I am feeling really sluggish)
Caltrate Calcium 600D x 2 (when I remember, sometimes I forget)
I should:
take a priobiotic on a more regular basis
take fish oil on a regular basis
