How to reciprocate neighor's baby gift?

We had DS2 soon after we moved into our new neighborhood last year. One of neighbor's gave DS2 a little gift with a big bro gift for DS1. We sent a thank you card in response. This neighbor has 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. Should I reciprocate with a gift for her kids at some point? TI A

Not necessary, IMO. A plate of cookies at the holidays might be nice but not necessary.
