No DH the flipping pork roast wasn't done and if you'd bothered to look at it,touch it or smell it you'd have known that. No, instead you only looke at the thermomater and pulled it and served it RAW in the middle.
So then my ungrateful little DD1 flipped out and didn't eat any dinner- the reprocussions of which i'll be dealing with all flipping night long as her adhd meds wear off. I still got the joy of listening to her complain about the food.
And of course after discovering it was undercooked noone could eat it anyway and by the time it was fully cooked dinner was just over anyway.
It was a stuffed pork loin. I butterflied it and put in brown sugar and apples. i bet it would have been good
I should have known better than to try to make a nice supper
Right now I don't like my family much.
