Target Red Card question

If you have the Target red card do you get free shipping even on heavy items like the laundry detergent or big items like cases of toilet paper? I've been meaning to run to target for toilet paper but till now didn't get a chance and we're on our last roll. I would like to find a place to order online that would ship for free.

Is is free shipping regardless you have a credit card or debit card?

I have gotten free shipping on everything using my debit red.

I believe shipping is free on anything you order. I have the debit card and have never had to pay shipping, but I've also never ordered anything super heavy (just clothes, accessories and toys).
