play doh vs. play doh plus

Does anyone have experience with the new play doh plus? Like or dislike? I read you can't mix the two types, but it looks like all the new sets come with both. Should I look for an old set that only uses the original kind?

The Plus is smoother, a little thinner, feels a bit siliconey. Softer and easier to mold in your hands, but might not hold up as well for 3-dimensional creations. We've mixed the two. It doesn't quite smell like original play doh though!

We have been using both and I think this is true. Not awful, but more has been stuck to floor, molds, etc. We haven't noticed any issue mixing them and we have used them together so I'm sure they have mixed! It does have a nice feel and is def. softer.
