African American baby doll

I need help with an adopt-a-family gift. It's for a 10 year old girl who has asked for an African American baby doll. I'm guessing that there might be some developmental delays, but maybe she just loves dolls/babies. The suggested spending is $25 for the toy and $25 for clothes. I can bump that up a bit, but I don't want to be too far out of line since she has siblings that will also be receiving gifts through the adopt-a-family program.

My DD wasn't into dolls, so I'm looking to the experts! What's a nice doll for an older girl in that price range?

I picked up a $13 Baby Alive - Feel Better set at Tuesday Morning today. It was a good deal, but I'm not sure about it. I like the doll that TwinFoxes linked a lot better. I'm not sure about it though since the wish list said 'baby doll'. I got a gift receipt, so they could exchange it if it's now what she was hoping for. Still debating...
