Please Help me decide which dollhouse to get.

I've been staring at it way too long so please help me decide. I've never bought one before so don't know which would be better. I can't tell what the size difference may be..

1) Loving Family Grand Dollhouse. More open floor plan but pretty basic.

2) Loving Family Dream Dollhouse. More rooms but reviews complain rooms are too small to put a set of furniture in. and some complain about the secret room gets stuck or doesn't open right. On the other hand, it has cool features like doorbell, lights that turn on and toilet flushing.

I like the Grand Dollhouse too. I think it looks like there is more room to actually play.

The Grand is the classic LF that's been around for many, many years. They have changed the colors and other small things, but it's basically the same as the one I got older for $5 (!!) at a consignment sale 10 years ago. That dollhouse has been played with and enjoyed by more kids than I can count!

I went with the Dream Dollhouse. DD1 is 3 and will like those extra features like lights and sounds. Plus I was able to get it on BF for 33.99 but had a $32 store credit so I only paid $2 out of pocket.

I don't think you'll go wrong with either. We have an older version of the Grand that a neighbor gave to us and also the small Family Manor I had found on clearance at Target a few years ago for $7. Both get played with and I really love the FP loving family line.
