I am making hot cocoa mix for a Girl Scout troop and would like cone-shaped treat bags. Does anyone know where I can find them, ideally in a BM store? I could order, but with the small quantity I need (about a dozen) and with probable shipping costs, online ordering seems a bit much.

My craft/cake decorator neighbor was stumped when I asked her, then it dawned on her that they may just be icing bags. I did look at Michael's in the cake section, but I was looking for identifiable treat bags and didn't look closely at the actual cake decorating supplies. Is that where I should head?

Yes, I think you are looking for piping bags.

Wilton has those types of treat bags. Ive seen them before in the baking section at stores.

Hobby Lobby has them I believe.
