How hard is it to assemble a 16 inch bike? UPDATE Target does do assembly!

UPDATE: Target does do bike assembly. Wohoo!

DD has her heart set on a princess bike she spotted at Target. Neither Toys R Us nor Walmart carry this same bike and Target doesn't offer assembly (that I'm aware of). Is this do-able for two non-handly people? I can follow directions for the most part, but I'm not at all handy. Has anyone put one together? How long did it take?

Just checking to see if I should get "the" bike she wants or make an executive decision and get one from somewhere that assembles them!

Perhaps hire a handyman from Craigslist to do it? Or, you can buy the bike straight off the floor, if you find it at Target assembled.

There's one thing DH and I refuse to ever buy unassembled, and that would be a bike!
