Inversion table for healthy people?

Anyone have it, how is it? We are fine but just wondering about it and I am thinking it may na a good health choice. Any reasons not to get it?

Something to be cautious of is that inverting increases your intraocular pressure immensely. If you have lattice degeneration or have had a detached retina, do not use an inversion table.
