So apparently when DH filed the forms with his new job he did something wrong and did not select Dental Insurance for DS. He and I are covered, DD and DS are not. We didn't find this out until we took DS in for his regular cleaning and the claim was denied. His company says he did something to decline DS's dental coverage. Anyone had any success convincing their company to fix something like this? He said he didn't even know if the HR lady would send over copies of what she's looking at since apparently it was his job to print these forms when he filled them out. I bet he didn't ask her though.
