I need two Waterhog runners for my mudroom. The room has a lot of windows, but the two existing walls are red. The floor is beige tile, and I have a dark blue bench/cubby for shoes that runs along the wall near the door.

I was leaning towards the navy blue to coordinate with the bench: http://www.brookstone.com/waterhog-custom-runner-3-foot-wide-1?bkiid=World_Landing_Page_Shop_by_Brand_Waterhog_ Mats|CategoryWidget|450908p&catId=

I also like this neutral gray: http://www.brookstone.com/waterhog-custom-runner-3-foot-wide-1?bkiid=World_Landing_Page_Shop_by_Brand_Waterhog_ Mats|CategoryWidget|450908p&catId=

And then i saw this "White" - is that a crazy color to get for a mudroom? Will dirt/mud show on this? http://www.brookstone.com/waterhog-custom-runner-3-foot-wide-1?bkiid=World_Landing_Page_Shop_by_Brand_Waterhog_ Mats|CategoryWidget|450908p&catId=

Also, the colors appear very different on the Brookstone site versus the LL Bean site - does anyone know which one is more representative of the real color?

I voted grey- but then if you live somewhere with red clay/mud you might want to consider brown.

I would coordinate with the floor so it blends versus sticks out. The LL Bean pictures are true to life IME. I have camel and bluestone (which is on a faux slate porcelain tile. I didn't pick the tile, lol...).

I voted for the white, though I can't get the brookstone link to load, so I'm going by the LLB picture. We just got our new navy one today and it is nice but it stands out too much in our room. Plus with a white dog I think it is going to look like cr@p in about 30 minutes.
