cafekid bed broke--buy new one or wait for customer service on Monday?

Dd has has a cafekid trundle bed for 7 years. This morning one of the sides came down---the wood broke. I also see that the other side is starting to break. I called customer service and, of course, they are not open until Monday. Anyone know if there is any chance they can sell me these parts? Or do I just need to realize that we need a new bed? Of course, this happened the day after I lost my car keys!

Do they still make the model you purchased? I would think that will play a big part in whether or not they have extra parts.

What about calling a store that carries the brand? They may know whether it's possible to order parts.

We had bed rails crack in DD's Powell furniture bed a few years ago. They sent new rails after I sent pics. It is worth a try.
