Locked out of Sephora

I am trying to use my $15 off $50. I couldn't remember my password (even with the "hint" I have written down for myself), the "forgot my password" link wasn't working, so I locked myself out of the site from trying too many times. Their CS doesn't open for 2 more hours, so I'll probably forget to call and miss out on the coupon!!! :duh:

Might be too late since its 11p, but I'd call their 800 number. I accidentally made a purchase earlier this evening and called and they cancelled it. I had it all set then realized my BI number wasn't attached to the order and when I went to press back I accidentally submitted it. They cancelled with no problem.
