Help - gift for 2 yo nephew

I need to buy something small for my nephew as he only has hand-me-down girt toys plus whatever he gets from family this year for Christmas. I had planned to get him a Little People set, but prices are high for the new ones and barely any people. I thought about other car/truck sets since that is what my boys enjoyed, but prices for things like that all seem outrageously high on Amazon or out of stock online for Target or Walmart. I'd like to spend about $20 total. Any suggestions??

I just saw the Green Toys dump truck on myhabit for $17 with free shipping. That would be perfect for a 2 year old.
