My crazy hard-to-buy-for mom asked for new black gloves. anyone have some they love that are warm, not too bulky and you can still drive with them? she's in COLD Detroit and has arthritis. since I'm in so cal, I haven't been in the warm glove market in a while. Thanks for any help!! Links appreciated!! Any store or price point is fine. thx

bonus points for zappos or B&M so we can return easily. :)

Isotoner brand makes some nice driving gloves. You can buy them at Kohls and JCP for sure..

These gloves from Wilson's are AWESOME.

I've had 2 pr and love. Love. LOVE them. Unfortunately I lost one of mine the week before Thanksgiving. I'm still mad about that! :(

FWIW, I'm in Southern WI, so similar weather to Detroit. I personally love that they don't slip on the steering wheel, and my hands really don't get cold in them at all. I use my old pair for shoveling and I never get cold.

Thanks for the ideas, everyone!

BbabbyO, I tried to order the Wilson's gloves and they don't have a small enough size. GAH!

Just a word about these. I got a pair last year and was in loooove with them. And when I put the on to wear outside in the freezing, they were ripped along the seam where the thumb is sewn to the glove! I couldn't believe it! I was going to exchange them, until the Nordy's sales person told me they get returns for the "all the time" for problems like this. I just returned them, I'm not going to pay that price for something that is going to fall apart.

So, if you get these just be careful and check them over.

I have two pairs and zero issues
