I am usually on the ball with this, but would love some ideas on things I should put in my stocking! Thanks for any help.

What do you like to do? I usually stick hobby (sewing/crafting) type stuff in mine.

Here's what Santa is bringing me:

EOS and Fresh sugar lip balm (always wanted to try it)
Fabric cutter for my Cameo
Two timers, because I need two in my kitchen!
New hard drive?
Magnetic measuring spoons

In the past I've done spatulas and other kitchen implements, makeup, and candy. Maybe a cute new thumb drive

Cuticle oil
Nice socks
Holiday makeup palettes (Bobbi Brown & Stila have nice ones)
Thumb drive

Last year I got one of those tools for the car to break the window and cut the seat belts in an emergency:

LOL. DH does this and it is always my favorite SS. He does a different drink every year and includes the other stuff needed (margarita mix one year ... which wasn't as good as the real deal, but still... a small bottle of cranberry juice the next, a lime, a lemon, etc., ) plus whatever OPI nailpolish color I requested (ordred off of amazon or ulta), and a note for a "mommy's night off". I love it! I hate buying big bottles because we rarely use them, but a cocktail for a nail night is so fun and I love that he changes it up.

Oh yes, I got these for myself and my Mom two years ago, and she liked them so much she ordered a second set for herself and two sets to give others last year.

How have I never thought of this before? Totally buying liquor for stockings this year.

C&B has some cute little candies/treats 50% off right now, if there's a store near you. I just bought some snowman petit fours for my MIL's stocking.

Hijack- which magnetic measuring spoons does everyone like? These sound like a great idea.

I think these are the ones I have: http://www.amazon.com/Progressive-International-Stainless-Steel-Magnetic-Measuring/dp/B001GAQKKW/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1387384219&sr=1-1&keywords=magnetic+measuring+spoons

I like that they stay together but aren't actually linked, and having 2 sides on each one is very handy!

I have the cheap plastic version of those. :)
