Crate & Barrel YAY! (price adjustment)

Thanks to all the posts about checking price fluctuations and adjustments (hey I saved $3.50 at Amazon. Weeee! THANKS BBB!) I randomly was checking C & B for ornaments as I just ordered this http://www.crateandbarrel.com/sale/all-sale-christmas/snowflake-tree-topper/s259489 and this http://www.crateandbarrel.com/sale/all-sale-christmas/glitter-pine-wreath-ornaments/f54300 and was so happy. I noticed the half off sale, asked for a price adjustment and got it! Saved $11. :jammin:

So check everywhere I guess! Especially at this time of year I'm sure retailers want to keep their clients!!

Thank you so much for posting. The price difference was only $7.38 but every bit counts and it had totally bummed me out that I thought I had gotten such a great deal and it was cheaper now. Great customer service.

That's great! As an aside, do you like the tree topper you got? I was considering getting now, but wasn't sure if I'd be happy with it.

Honestly, I love love love it. I love the copper color with the green of the tree, the shine, the open-work. You can also put it upright so it really looks like a snowflake star.... For me I like that it's a little different (slightly Moorish, not silver). Have always wanted one and liked this immediately. It's big and looks great in person! I would post a pic of the top of my tree but I don't know how :(

Nice! So glad I can spread the love! How do I post a pic?? BTW - It's about 8" across so very nice size - small like the north star on a big tree and still appropriate on my notquitecharliebrownbutfunkyweirdtree :)

ETA: What's really nice is that I was able to get the lights around the top stem into the snowflake so it's lit from within - so pretty!!
