What's your fave moisturizer/lotion for dry winter skin?

The skin on my shoulders is quite dry because of the winter weather. I need something! But unfortunately my shoulders are prone to breakouts. Anyone have any suggestion what I should try? Thanks!

For really dry skin, I think the Kiehl's Intensive Treatment is amazing.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing lotion (the one in the two-pack at Costco).

it's nice and thick but absorbs right away. no fragrance. not sticky. lasts all day (meaning my skin isn't itchy til my next shower). Sometimes I try a different lotion and always go back to the Aveeno. maybe it's the oatmeal in it that makes it work so well?

I got a sample size of the Aveeno Eczema lotion at the derm and liked that one too. I kept it in my purse.

Thanks everyone. I ended up with the Cerave, because it's what I saw first at Wegmans. It works, it's a little thicker than I like, but I haven't broken out. I'm not sure I'll buy another tub of it, so I appreciate the other options you all have given me. Thanks!! :)
