I want a new long winter coat

I am so tired of wearing my LE chalet coat. I need a change of pace. Any recs for long down winter coats?

I will be following this. It seems that the only options are Patagonia Downtown Loft, TNF Triple C and Canada Goose. The other brands won't be warm enough for walking commutes.

I have a North Face coat that I adore and it was half the price of Canada Goose. Other brands that people wear around here are Lole and Arcteryx.

The TNA brand also has some really popular down parkas.

How long? Mid-thigh or all the way down? For the super long, I really like the North Face parkas. But for a mid-length I found one I love at the REI in Northbrook (house brand) last year that is super warm (600 fill) and cute and cozy and it was really reasonable in price. It has been my go-to cold weather coat for 2 years now.

I ended up getting an llbean ultralight long 850 down coat that was back in stock today! Hope I like it. I would love a Canada goose mystique but spending $800 on a down coat seems ridiculous!

So I LOVE the llbean coat, but it's not as warm as the LE chalet coat. I think it's great for temps maybe down to 15 degrees. I do love the fit and the fact that it is so light that you hardly feel that it's on.
