If you DON'T have a Mac, how do you...

do something with iPhone videos? I have iMovie on my iPad, but all my videos are from my phone, which then get put on my PC. (Wish I had a mac, but don't). I'd like to make a few DVDs out of the little movie snippits I have - nothing fancy at all - but I can only get them to play in RealPlayer, not even Apple's own Quicktime on the PC. Geez. Help pleeeeeze ;)

Ok, I looked at Picasa, and you can make a DVD, but it will only play on the computer. Any more suggestions (jhamman? :) ) for something that will let me play it on tv in a DVD player?
