Work question -- only female at exec level?

So if you were the only female in an exec role in a new job what might you think about doing differently if anything. What if that company were an Indian based organization (with small US footprint). There appear to be a few other women in the 1k person company BUT none of them are very senior. Not really sure if there is an answer to this but I have a chance to think about it and thought some of you wise mamas might have some insights.

If you have time and are willing, you might mentor other women in the company. Being the highest female, you'll be looked up to anyway.

Check out the restroom situation for women. (For years, decades, there was no women's bathroom access at the US supreme court. I read in a book that the first women lawyers had to go the next wing and use the "secretaries' restroom". I hope this has changed!)
