asthma sucks

I can't go to sleep because my DS's respiration rate is just on the upper edge of normal (but not high enough for the er) & he has a cough/cold/virus. He's already had albuterol tonight. Can't give more for 2 hours, so I think I'll stay up and watch him. Oh, how I hope he grows out of it someday.

I feel your pain! My DS 2 is the same way. I had to take him to urgent care today to get some prednisone as the albuterol wasn't cutting it this time.

I hope the night was uneventful and that you got good rest last night. We have no asthma here, luckily, but DD has infant apnea and I know those nights all too well. Hugs to you and your DS.
