I need some new sports bras. I keep buying new ones and hating them. Either they ride up (since I don't have a lot to hold them in place, I'm a 34B-) or the straps cut into my shoulder muscles which bugs me.

I have a Champion one from Gap (or possibly Althleta?) I got a few years ago that I like, but I'm not sure of the exact style or if they make it anymore.

Any suggestions? I probably need medium to high support, I play tennis, spin, do a weights class and plan to get back to running.

Thanks!

I bought a Shock Absorber Run Bra yesterday and tried it out this morning - such an improvement from my very old and unsupportive Lululemon ones! It's a compression bra and comes in actual band/cup sizes. I've heard really good things about the Freya Active and the Panache Sports bra - they're encapsulation bras and work a little differently. I've love to try them on to compare!

I'm not busty at all and do love my Lululemon ones. I also have two Victoria's Secret ones that I like.

Moving comfort makes the best bras. Also, try the title 9 catalog

Pre pregnancy when I was a 32 B my favorites were from Lucy. They are a bit snug and uncomfortable now with breast feeding, so I just got my first moving comfort bra which I love so far.

Lulu. Lucy and Athleta are also fine, but Lulu is the most comfy. I can't remember if I am a 34c or d.

I bought a Natori Power Yogi bra recently - http://www.natori.com/Bras/Sport/Natori-Power-Yogi-Bra. It's a great bra. Band size is true to size but you need to go down one size in cup. I love the fact that the straps are convertible and have already used that feature to wear a few racer back tanks.

I recommend the Moving Comfort Fiona bra for your cup size - it's encapsulation with compression. More info here: http://www.movingcomfort.com/Fiona/350003,default,pd.html?src=pgooaw228&mr:adGroup=3183681722&mr:ad=40826035442&mr:keyword=moving%20comfort%20fiona%20bra&mr:placement=&mr:match=e&mr:referralID=NA&mkwid=sroY0X556&pcrid=40826035442&pmt=e&pkw=moving%20comfort%20fiona%20bra&gclid=CKiRt_-3z70CFe99OgodrSQAGQ

You may also like the Maia bra, but I found that I liked it better as a "D" cup: http://www.movingcomfort.com/Maia/350054,default,pd.html?src=pgooaw212&mkwid=sPxSE4bPx&pcrid=40826035322&pmt=e&pkw=maia%20bra&mr:adGroup=3183682682&mr:ad=40826035322&mr:keyword=maia%20bra&mr:placement=&mr:match=e&mr:referralID=NA&gclid=CKKmmeS4z70CFS9p7AodzwYAuA

I also liked the Champion Shape2000 series bras - soft cup & compression - when I was your size, but I can't figure out what they call it now. Maybe the Marathon?

From Title 9, I liked the Frog Bra - it's a strictly compression bra, but it is SERIOUS compression ... and is not made anymore! Ugh.

Update: I actually found ones that are very similar to the Champion one I have and like - at Costco.com! $19.99 for two reversible ones. They came to day and are pretty much the same as the one I have, but the smooth side is more wicking, while the one I have is more cotton. Anyway, I think I'll be keeping them.

Thanks for the recommendations.

I just bought a new one from Victorias Secret, their angel one. It is very supportive and comes in band/cup sizes. It also has built in cups which I really like...no more uniboob! I was wearing random ones from TJMaxx that moved all around or dug into my shoulders. A big improvement!
