Has anyone ordered from Three Custom Color Specialists?

Three Custom can remake my favorite discontinued lipstick color. At the cost of $60 for two tubes, with no returns or exchanges. :47: I am tempted to do it, my bday is coming up and I've been looking for a replacement color for YEARS without luck.

Has anyone ordered from them? How was your experience? TIA!

Haven't ordered but I wondered how that worked, bc I have a discontinued Chanel lip GLOSS not lipstick & I miss it! Thing is I can't tolerate any lipstick or gloss that "tastes funny" like petroleum based makes me hurl.

So I wonder if the ingredients are the same?
