Has anyone taken this during pregnancy? Did your ob or midwife say it was ok? I am sleeping terribly. I have tried unisom but it makes me so groggy.

I did. Don't remember exactly what she said but she knew and was ok with it. I'm a terrible sleeper, and can't survive without it

My doctor said no because it is a hormone. She recommended tylenol pm if really needed.
