Memory Maker question

My SIL says I have to do all the changes like borders, stickers, etc before I download. She says once I download, I am done and can't do anything. I don't find this on the site at all and in fact it says I can download whenever I want. Anyone know for sure?

We went over a year and a half ago so it may have changed but I remember that being the case. I think I was scrambling tossing boarders on things at the end of the given timeframe.

I'm so tired, I forgot I posted this!

I ended up emailing. They told me with Photopass + it was like that, but it's not any more. Once you download, you have 30 days to do what you want and can download any number of times. No restrictions on editing before or after downloading now. Yay. I'll get them all now and then play with them.
