Half birthday song?

This is a little silly but DH never heard of celebrating half birthdays until I met him. I don't celebrate it either (mine isn't in the summer or holidays) but I jokingly mention it every year because I swear I saw a whole segment/song when I was little on Electric Company or Sesame Street...I just looked for a YouTube clip or something to send to DH and came up empty handed...does it ring a bell with anyone? I swear it was a girl with long curly hair who was wistful about her birthday and ended up celebrating a half birthday?

Thank you for looking...I totally got that in my head instead (when I was looking) but I swear this was specifically a half birthday thing not an unbirthday (I was in a play in elementary school and we definitely sang the unbirthday song...a very merry unbirthday to you...)
