Internet Explorer Vulnerability

I heard about this yesterday via a few sources but was waiting for official confirmation about how serious it was. My company has now instructed all employees to stop using IE immediately, and they are treating this as a serious security threat, so I am now certain it is legit. Here is info from NPR:

My computer guy always is amazed that people use IE as their browser, I know people can't control work browsers, but he says to never use IE, and that Chrome or Firefox are much better options...I agree as people who always complain about crashing and other issues always seem to be IE users.

SO, if you're using IE, this might be a good time to try something new...Firefox is closer to IE in how it works, but Chrome isn't too hard to learn.
