Ball of foot cushion for heels?

I've read reviews of a few styles on amazon but nothing really stands out- I have horrible foot pain while wearing heels- I badly need cushion on the ball of my foot. I normally just don't wear heels but I have a few events coming up that I need them for.

Anyone like a particular brand/style better than others?

I've done the best with the gel Dr. Scholls "for her" cushions.

I would look for the "DreamWalk" line in Dr. Scholls or the AirPlus for Her brand. (AirPlus used to be a sponsor of the charity walks I did in the past, so I've tried their product (free!) and do like it quite a bit.)
