You pay $1 for a coupon. It looks like they will hit or have hit the 40% level, and they will then email you a code to use. I just got a CTP catalog with a free shipping over $35 code, so I'm curious if I'll be able to use both. In the past, CTP's shipping has been pricy enough to offset most discounts they offer, so I usually just end up ordering from amazon or rainbow resource with our other HSing materials.
