Help - jewelry for this dress?

I purchased this dress from Loft to wear to a wedding. The laser cut detailing on the neckline is stumping me - normally I'd throw on a blingy necklace and call it a day. I'm thinking because of that detail, no necklace?

I don't do earrings. Maybe a bracelet (chunky or multiple thin ones?)

Oh, and bonus question - what color shoes? :)

Well, dangly earrings would look great w it. Sure you won't reconsider? I'd probably go with a strappy metallic heel or pop of color, like coral. I'd choose a bracelet after shoes. I'd go chunky bracelet.

Another vote for no necklace. Shoes I'd say a bright pop of color pair or metallic.
