Best deal on Funtainer drink bottles? TRU/ BRU?

A couple years ago I bought some of these from ToysRUs or BabiesRUs... I believe it was July and they had back-to-school stuff out and were running a buy one, get one half-off sale which I think made them cheaper than Target's price. I also liked that they had the little lift-up handles on the top, unlike the Target ones we had.

Anyone know the best price on these, or where/ when to get them for the best deal?

I get mine once Target puts their school supplies on clearance, but I guess you're wanting one sooner. Mine from Target do have handles on top too. Walmart has them, but I'm not sure of the price.

TRU is doing its buy one get one half off now. At my store, they are $17.99, so two would be around $27. Target has them for $14.99 each regular price. When I was looking last month, Walmart had them the cheapest at $12.98 or something, but at my stores, they only had the version without the handle. I've haven't been during back to school, so they might have the handle style now.
