Can anyone comment on when is the best time to buy uniform shirts? I'm looking at buying 10-15 shirts (2 kids, long sleeve and short sleeve). The promo code doesn't work on them since it applies to regular price only and the shirts are moderately discounted when you buy more than 3. Uniform newbie here.
