"free" Scotch tape

Target has a $1 off coupon on Scotch products. A small dispenser of Scotch tape costs $1.02 in the school supply bins. So you can essentially get free Scotch tape, and if you live close enough to stop by multiple times, you can get a few, just print out more coupons! I've been to Target twice now for other stuff so I just stop by school supplies and grab a scotch tape:)

You do have to install their application to print coupons. Good until 9/2 but I don't know how much longer the $1.02 Scotch tape in the school supply bins will be available. They are colored dispensers. I found a post about it here (scroll down to the Scotch tape):
