I'm not really feeling anything yet for fall. Except for these Missoni Converse All Stars. They arrived yesterday and I LOVE them!! I got them at Nordstrom, sized down a half size as recommended and they are perfect. I haven't owned Chucks in probably 25 years.

I was also liking the idea of this tunic for a while, but I think I'm over it. <sigh> Except it would be really cute with the Chucks and leggings! Maybe it's back on the list, LOL.

CUTE chucks. Nothing here .. got a few items at the Nordstroms Anniversary sale. Also just ordered 2 new Ugg boots -- will see what works. Likely they will go back as is usual.

Love the shoes, not a fan of the tunic.

Those Converse are adorable!

I recently saw this cardigan in an email from zappos and I just HAD to find it and buy it! Good thing it's affordable! It's nice and lightweight but still warm for SoCal fall weather. I love the length of it (the look reminds me a bit of the blardigan everyone's been raving about but less expensive).

Well, I'm looking forward to buying some items for me. I have SO very little in my closet. Between not shopping much at all since I've been a SAHM and completely wearing out what items I did have, there's no option this fall except to purchase some new clothing! I want to lose some lbs first.

Um, for the ability to just LOOK at sweaters and not want to throw up (i'm in Texas...it's been 100 most of the week).

Seriously, i can't wait to wear boots /leggings again. I got this jersey tunic from Boden and i am absolutely in love with it..it is really, really long so it really only works with legging-type pants which to me says boots.

Usually I can't wait for fall weather... but this year I'm dreading it after last winter! I'm petrified that we're going to have another winter like that. I feel like I never really thawed, since we had a cool summer, too.

I'm looking forward to wearing two new pairs of higher-end booties that I found on deep discount (Paul Green and Stuart Weitzman). I also bought two pairs of jeans that are looser than skinnies (one white, one a lighter blue wash). I know once tall-boot season rolls around, I'll only wear skinnies, but for now I can enjoy the comfort of LOOSE!

I'm still on the lookout for a chunky-knit, oversized off-white sweater that has no animal hair/fur of any kind in the composition. I've been searching for YEARS.

Until I realized this was in Momwear, I was going to say apple picking, seeing the leaves change, picking pumpkins. :)

I hear ya on this! I am still scarred over the ice dams we had - leaking into our brand new kitchen, I couldn't believe it. (Not to freak you out but I heard it's supposed to be a bad winter again. Damn Farmer's Almanac.) I wonder if this is why nothing is jumping out at me this fall. ;)

Although, I think this summer was perfect. No heat waves, no humidity, so many picture perfect days/weeks!
