Update in #3: help me accessorize and find shoes for this dress

Bought this dress (blue, and green) to wear to my brother's rehearsal for his wedding and would love some ideas for shoes and accessories. I do have plain black pumps (both closed toed and peep toes), but was wondering if something else might work better. I am accessory challenged sometimes, but think something Kate Spade or Stella & Dot like might work.

For some reason I can't get your links to work right to see the pics [ETA: for the shoes, I mean], but for that dress, I think you could do just about anything! You could do a shoe with a bright pop of color, like a red patent heel. Or go for a neutral heel and then a clutch in a color you like ~ red, teal or blue, etc. Not sure exactly how the neckline goes ~ maybe post a pick of the dress on you? ~ but I'm thinking from looking at the pic that you could go with a pair of statement/dangly earrings and/or a bracelet to round things off. I don't know if I'm good with accessories though, so take any advice from me with a grain of salt! Lovely dress, BTW!

I found this necklace on Zappos too by House of Harlow 1960 and I love it, but it is $120 and that is not in my budget, but at least it gives me some inspiration:

Love the dress on you. It's almost a blank slate, in the sense that you could do almost anything for accessories and it will look great. A bold necklace like the one you posted would be awesome. You could also do a long, drapey necklace. Or do big, dangly earrings. Those shoes look great ~ make for a sleek outfit. You could still go for a more dramatic shoe though, if you wanted.

I like the shoes with it too. I might try a long necklace with it as PP mentioned, maybe gold?
