Cute Dress find at Target, help me Accessorize!

Found this dress today at Target in navy/grey:

The material is thick and stretchy, and it has a flattering cut. It's probably a tad casual for my office, so I'd like to jazz it up a little with accessories. Any suggestions on a topper, shoes, jewelry, etc?

I think this post got buried pretty quickly, but the dress is a great find, so I thought I would update. I'm wearing it today and have already received two compliments. A great find for $28.

I'm wearing it with grey Cole Haan peep toe pumps. They have a block heel that is a metallic silver. I added some silver bangles, a fun ring and this necklace:

The dress is a little body con, but the length and high neckline balance it out well.

I saw this dress at Target today! It was on sale but I didn't have a chance to try it on.

I've had major pilling problems with almost everything I've bought at Target (other than Gilligan & O'malley) so I'm a bit wary of getting clothes at Target that need to look "nice." But this one did look well-made. Sounds like you dressed it up really well!

Eta what does "body con" mean?
