These are the ones everyone recommends, right? http://www.costco.com/CatalogSearch?storeId=10301&catalogId=10701&langId=-1&refine=&keyword=Haflinger

Yes and no. Some people love those here, but the vast majority prefer the cork sole kind. After being the biggest proponent of them over the years, I have switched back to LLB's cork sole slippers. They hold up a little longer than the Haflinger kind.

I finally bought haflingers last year. I love them. But I have the cork soled kind. They are even more comfy, and definitely more durable, than my ugg slippers that I loved until the shearling basically fell apart.

I've had both those and the cork sole. Prefer the cork sole but those ones were decent. I will say that I put a hole through both pair in the big toe area within 1yr of wear. I'm still rockin' my cork sole pair, holes and all, because they are in good shape otherwise and no one sees them but me and my family.

I returned them. The 10 felt small on my 9.5 feet. May just get another pair of LLB booties
