Up for a shopping challenge?

I want a black or dark gray shirt dress. I am short so it either needs to come in petite or run short. I'd probably prefer something that wasn't poplin- I think I'd like a rayon type fabric. What I'd really like is something like that Pleione mixed media tunic fabric wise. Other criteria: buttons all the way down the front (that one is the most negotiable), a built in belt (I suppose I could also like without this but I'd prefer it), a collar vs a split neck
Size 6-8/ small- medium (me and button downs don't always mix because of chest size- I hate gapping buttons).
Price- no more than $60 (probably the biggest challenge!)

I attempted this exact search last year and the closest I found came from Splendid and BCBG. However I did not pull the plug on either because they weren't quite right. I'm also looking for the hem to sort of scallop (or slit) on the sides of the thighs. Does that make sense? I'll post if I find anything.
