Better Sweater knock off at Costco

Just came across this on the Costco website, it says they may be in stores too. I think it looks like the Better Sweater! Pockets are different.

Funny, I've been tempted by the Patagonia one, but I actually like the color of the Costco version the best! Thanks for posting; if anyone tries one on, please report back with how you like it and how it fits (your body type, etc.)! :)

Do you wear it only as a coat or indoors too, as a sweater? I need a heavy indoor layer and I like the looks of the Costco one.

I wear mine indoors all the time because we keep our house super cold in the winter. But mostly because I am too lazy to take out off when I get home It is a little stiff/bulky to be super cozy, but good enough :)

In my costco they have had the men's version but not the women's. Very cute, DH already owns and loves a better sweater and also got one of these. Hasn't been cool enough to wear yet but quality seems good.

I think it's super cute, (love the collar) but it doesn't especially look like the better sweater to me. But I don't think that matters.

Review:

So I bought one yesterday and returned it today. :( It just looked dumpy on me, plus it had this funky smell, like new carpet or gasoline. I also looked at the hoodies made by the same company and they also smelled weird. When I returned it finished my sentence for me when I said it smelled weird, so it may be a 'thing' with what ever they are made out of.

I'm bummed because it was comfy and very warm, but even my 4 year old said it looked bad on me. Sigh...

Thanks for the review! I was at Costco today and asked about it and looked around in the clothing section, but couldn't find one anywhere. Probably better that they didn't have one for me to try! :loveeyes:

I'm so bummed about the smell, I really wanted to run out and get it!
In regards to the smell, I've bought a few clothing items in the last couple of months that have that rubber/gasoline smell. It makes me physically ill to smell it, when it's really strong. One of the items was a pair of the lined leggings, and they smelled like they had been dipped in something horrible. I have returned all of the items, all purchased at different places, and let them know why I was returning the items. The only common factor was that all items were made in China.
They actually smell like the horrible rubber balls from Oriental Trading Company!
