I just called and said my catalogue had been misplaced. They honored the free shipping. HTH!

Which catalog was the free ship on? I didn't get that on my catalog iirc. They have been stingy with codes recently.

I emailed them about an order I placed a couple of weeks ago to do this same thing (didn't say I misplaced it, but said that others got a free shipping code but my catalog didn't), but they ignored my emails. I guess I should have called instead.
