How to wear tunic blouses

I just got 2 tunic blouses. I'm wearing the anthropologie one with black straight jeans black flats. Question is, what to do for a top layer. I get cold very easily - it's 70 here today and I'll need a cardigan inside...yes, crazy low tolerance for the cold.

Also..how loose should they be. I like the fit on the anthropologie one better. The loft one is a little more drapey, so maybe I should size down, even though shoulders fit nicely.

Can you layer under? I love the Kirkland tanks from Costco for that.

Some blazers work with tunics depending on the cut and where and how they hit your body. You should be able to google some images of blazers over tunics. Just offering that as an alternative to a cardigan.

I'm wearing this sweater right now over an Anthro tunic. http://m.shop.nordstrom.com/s/mod-lusive-by-bobeau-open-front-cardigan-regular-petite/3538695?origin=category-personalizedsort&contextualcategoryid=0&fashionColor=&resultback=1316. I have it in black. It is long enough for the tunic and trim enough to not look overwhelming. If that makes sense.
