I think any longer white tank would work. I have the Kirkland layering tanks and those hit me below the hip - I'm 5'

It looks like a long camisole that is bunched up at the bottom. I'm on the tall side, so many "long" camisoles aren't that long on me. Even though this is marketed as a dress, I wear this as a camisole and just bunch it up at the bottom to the length I want:
