We have the large. We have cute Christmas morning pictures with all 3 kids in the bag, so it is large!

I'm seriously thinking about the bag. I can't decide between small and large. I'm leaning towards the small for years when gifts are a bit smaller, and just setting larger gifts outside the bag. I'm thinking that a bag bursting at the seams looks better than a huge bag with small presents.

I'm chatting about the hats now. My head circumference is 22 inches. The smallest kids hat is 28. That makes no sense at all.
ETA: CS was no help. Calling a store.

I think I'm getting larges. I can always safety pin them smaller if I need to. The height of the small is 14 inches, large is 15 inches, and the adult on the regular site is 17 inches. The circumference of the inside of the adult hat is 26 inches, according to the site. I'm not sure how much stretch they have, and I'm pretty sure I can't make them bigger. Assuming they are both kids sizes since this is a kid site, I'm assuming the small would fit baby-toddler.

So confusing! I ended up reading some reviews from last years slick deals about this and someone said the S is more for a toddler and to definitely get a L! I called and was able to cancel my original order because it was backordered and ordered a L instead. Thanks!

I got a PBK Santa hat for DGD1 a year or two ago (thanks to a BBB sale post). The hat itself was fine but I got it personalized and was very unhappy with the big sheet of very stiff material on the inside of the hat. I expected DGD, who only wears SOFT clothes, to reject it, but she did tolerate it long enough for pics and gift distribution.

Ugh. I wonder if I should try to change them all to large. After waffling back and forth I ended up ordering a large for DD1 and smalls for #2 & 3. They are 4 and 8 years old.

I called CS and put in a request to cancel. Changed my order to all larges. CS assured me I won't be charged even if the first order goes through - just have to call and request a credit. Size-wise, I'm nervous that the smalls would either not fit or barely fit (kiddos are 4, 6, and 8). I'd rather pin, if necessary...

Thanks OP! Just ordered 2 large. I got a PBK Santa hat for DS a few years ago that he's outgrowing so this is great timing. He loved that hat! PBK quality is great too - very soft.

I just got order confirmation emails for both the S and L hats I ordered so it will be interesting to see if the S actually gets cancelled like I was told...

So, after over 20 min talking to 2 different CSRs who couldn't help with the sizing of the hats at all since they had no further information than what we have, I called 2 stores (lol). They only carry the $10 one in the store which is the small, and both said the small would fit a child and even a small adult (both sales women tried it on and said it fit them, albeit snugly). Makes sense since the circumference of the large is stated at almost 3 ft... So I think I am keeping my order of 2 smalls for a 3yo and 6yo and 1 large for me but I am still completely confused by all this!!!
