Kohl's 40% off mystery emails

Check your emails! Kohl sent out an email this morning that has a code in it, good for up to 40% off today only. Mine was only 30%, but hopefully some of you get lucky. If anyone has a 40% code they won't be using, I'd love it!

Mine is always the same amount that I get in the mailer. I think its a marketing ploy to get people to go to their site and put stuff in their cart. I bet they don't really give out 40% codes, or at least not very many!

Another 20% off here too. They gave me a 30% off code on my mailer though, which is good through the end of today.

I just got back from there to use a $5 coupon they sent me and scored an amazing deal, finding a LeapFrog Tag Reader pen on clearance for $15! So after coupon and discount, I got it for $7!

I got 40% off, but when I checked their prices, it seems that everything went up in price so the 40% isn't as good a deal as the 30% was a couple of weeks ago!

Kohls is always changing their prices. I find good deals there, but I feel like you have to be so careful with matching up sales and codes, etc. Sometimes it makes shopping there more trouble than it's worth! I was wondering if this would be the case next week. There will be a 15% off code and $15 KC instead of the normal $10...but will prices go up and negate the discounts?

20% --of all the times I've bothered to check, it's always been 20%. Oh, I think they are clever about the $15 KC, but there are some very savvy Kohls shoppers who will know how to make the most of it. I don't/can't keep track of prices and discount matchups.

I got 20% too. I was hoping to get a 30% to use in store soon on a Hallmark ornament but no luck so far.
