Is $29.95 the best deal for the ~600 pc buckets of bulk Legos? I remember last BF and the one before Walmart and Target having tubs for around $15, but so far they're flying off the shelves at $29.95, which in amazon seems to be almost full price. I searched all the ads and couldn't find any better price. My "mastermind" DD wants bulk pieces.

Walmart will have the big bucket with 1600 Legos for $30. Last year it was $15 but there were less Legos.

I knew they were going to have these, I was wondering the same thing. I think some people on here were able to buy online last year, but, not sure. I think we may have a better chance finding them at the higher price this year, I bet the $15. price is why they flew off the shelves! Actually any deal on Legos makes them sell quickly!! I got lucky one year I think 2 years ago and found one in store that someone had put back in the wrong area. I also got a good deal 4 years ago on a Duplo set after Black Friday - I think Cyber Monday...Also Walmart I think a few other posters on BBB got this deal as well they weren't a stellar price, but, you got a $10.. E gift card to use later. Which made it a good deal.

I bought a few boxes of 650 bricks for $15 each at WalMart's Black Friday sale a year or two ago. It seems like they do a similar promotion every year.

yes, I bought the 1600 brick boxes from walmart, i think for 15 or 20, either last year or 2 years ago. $30 for 600 seems high. i would wait.

KrystalS is right. Last year, Walmart had the Lego for $15 but for a lot less bricks though.
I think you should wait for the Walmart BF deal. They were sold out very early online but actually came back in stock again several times during that day as well as the next day. That's how I was able to get mine.

Bookmarking! I don't shop at Walmart, but I am hoping for deals elsewhere. Shop.lego.com is going to have free shipping for TG and Black Friday, and I'm hoping by some miracle basic bricks will be on sale!

I got a couple boxes at that sale too, as well as a couple Duplo boxes. They have made excellent birthday gifts and have been well-received by boys and girls (which is not something that you can say about every gift). The Biscuit should be starting to transition to regular Legos next year, so I would be up for the 1600 for $30 deal if it can be found on BF . . .

I could do in store picking if I wanted to pick it up in Mission, TX... That's too far away so I need to find $15 more stuff to ship it. But I think I'm deciding instead not to get it.
