Heading to Disney next week with 12 month old! Pointers?

Hi,
Any last minute pointers for taking a 1 yr old to DW next week for 7 days? We are going with my in laws who have made dinner reservations and organized the trip.

We are bringing our stroller, staying at the Holiday Inn Disney and have park hopper passes.

My LO absolutely loves Minnie Mouse, so we will need to find her. Since my in laws set everything up, I haven't done any planning - but I would love to hear advice or tips of things to include on the visit!

If they've already bought tickets, try to make sure your in laws have set up the first three fast passes per day, if you know which parks you are going to which days. If they haven't before you get in the park, you'll have to spend park time doing that, which is just a waste of time. You can work on them the night before, but your selection won't be as good as if they were done earlier.
